“Child labour will end when the government focusses on school enrolment. Child labour will end when children go to school. And the teacher is fully determined to teach them well. If and only when children have access to good education in school, child labour will be eliminated. Otherwise it can’t end.” Says one of the parents in the local community of East Champaran.
