WNCB is seeking a consultancy agency/network with strong mixed method qualifications, and an international network to conduct the final evaluation of the Work: No Child’s Business programme. The evaluation is to assess the Theory of Change of the programme by leveraging existing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning data alongside two detailed studies conducted in two of the programme’s operational settings.
